Laundry:
There is a washer/dryer in the unit with enough laundry soap for a few loads,
plus there is a coin-operated laundry room next to the Lobby.
Telephone Service:
For your convenience,
our units have telephones equipped for local calls only. If you need
to make long-distance calls, please be sure to bring along a calling
card.
Parking:
Chateau by
the Sea provides free parking for guests of the condominium. You’ll
find a visitor’s parking pass in your rental unit. The carport
spaces are privately owned –
please do not park there.
