How To Make A Reservation:
Reservations
can be made by calling, e-mailing or snail mailing
us.
Once your reservation is made, download a lease agreement,
fill out your part, and mail it to us along with
a required security deposit of $300.00 within five
(5) days of when the reservation is made. We accept
money orders, personal checks, or you may use your
credit card online via PayPal. Make your checks out
to Chateau Rentals or Sharon
Fish. Address to mail deposit is in the Contact Us Section.
You should make a copy or download a second copy of this
lease for yourself. After the security deposit has been
received, you will receive a letter confirming your reservation,
and be given instructions on payments for rental fees, cleaning
fees and applicable taxes which are due within 30 days of
your check-in date.
Check-In & Check-Out Times:
Check-In time
is anytime after 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out time is by 11:00 a.m.
What We Provide For You:
Your two bedroom
rental unit is completely furnished. We provide all kitchen,
bathroom and bedroom linens, plus a few beach towels for
your convenience. In the kitchen, all basic cooking utensils
are provided, as well as plates, bowls, silverware, cups,
etc. In addition, there is a coffeemaker, microwave, mixer,
and toaster. We also provide you with enough soaps for the
various machines and tissues for both bathrooms to keep
you supplied for a week or longer.
Laundry:
There is a washer/dryer in the unit with enough laundry
soap for a few loads, plus there is a coin-operated laundry
room next to the Lobby.
Telephone Service:
For your convenience,
our units have telephones equipped for local calls only.
If you need to make long-distance calls, please be sure
to bring along a calling card.
Parking:
Chateau by
the Sea provides free parking for guests
of the condominium. You’ll find a visitor’s parking pass in your
rental unit. The carport spaces are privately owned –
please do not park there.
Housekeeping, Garbage & Recycling:
Housekeeping
service is provided to clean your rental unit after you
check-out at the cost agreed upon in your Lease Agreement.
Upon your departure, please remove all trash and perishable
items from your rental unit and place them in the containers
outside of the property. Garbage should be placed in plastic
bags and sealed prior to depositing them in the trash chute
or dumpster. There is also recycling bins
next to the north fence across
from the dumpster room.
Maintenance & Repairs:
The Chateau
Maintenance staff is there only to help maintain the
building grounds, therefore, if mechanical systems (air
conditioning units, refrigerators, etc.) malfunction,
please call our condo care person, (321) 626-5188.
Every effort will be made to make repairs as quickly
as possible. It may also be necessary for us to enter
your rental condo during reasonable hours to perform
various maintenance duties. If so, we will make every
effort not to inconvenience you on your vacation.
Cancellations and Refunds :
Once your reservation
has been made and confirmed, your security deposit is refundable
if your reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your
check-in date. Your deposit will also be returned if your
vacation had to be cancelled due to emergency weather conditions,
such as hurricanes, or any other comparable emergency condition. Full refund of deposit with 90 day notice or hurricane related. 75% refund of deposit with 30 - 89 day notice. No refund with less than 30 day notice unless the confirmed reservation can be re-rented.
Other Important Info:
• You
must be ay least 25 years old to rent one
of our condo units.
• These are NO Smoking Units - Not even on the Balcony or the Entryway
Hallway!
• · Sorry, no pets – not even visiting pets.
If there is a house party,
or smoking, or pets are found in a unit, we reserve the
right to terminate the rental without refund. Please do
not jeopardize your vacation!
